I am looking for a home care job opportunity in Westfield, Massachusetts.
I am experienced in homecare. I worked in homecare for 5 years. I am very comfortable with medication management and education. I am comfortable with any wound care. After discharge from the hospital, I am able to come to your home and review all paperwork, new medications, doctor orders, etc.
I have my own care and can be fairly flexible. I am working at home right now as a RN Medication Case Manager; but I’m sire we can work something out!
