Elder Care in Mississauga, Ontario

Hello everyone, My name is Pauline and I am a Vocational Counsellor in Mississauga, ON. As you may have read from my profile, I was a Daycare Teacher for three years and a Residential Counsellor/Developmental Support Worker for five years. I\'ve worked with children/adults with or without special needs. I have over 10 years of volunteer experience with various individuals including 2 years as a Junior Feeder in the Chronic Department of a hospital. As I have a full time job, I am available for evenings and weekends. I also tutor children in math (and everything EXCEPT physics!) from grade 4-8. I also volunteer through Children\'s Aid, so some nights may not work out-- however, I do have a set schedule and I am able to work out hours in advance. I enjoy cooking so don\'t you worry about house duties! As long as I am provided with all of the relevant information about the care needed, we won\'t have any issues. My last criminal reference check was in 2012, but I am willing to obtain a current one if required. A resume is available at your request along with references. I am available to work in Brampton as well as Oakville, but prefer to be in Mississauga. Thank you! For 5 years, I was a Residential Counsellor in a group home with special needs adults and children. I was also a Daycare Teacher for 3 years. I am now a Vocational Counsellor for individuals on social assistance with or without disabilities. I am trained in medication administration as well.
