I am a matured registered nurse from the Philippines. I have 5 kids of my own.I treat my client like my real family. I want my client not just to remember my name but a person they can depend on ,bec I give my best in taking care of them,and I want them to be comfortable with me .
I am currently taking care of a 94 yrs old lady who has breast cancer, with diabetes, hypertension, post knee replacement and has a pacemaker, post thyroidectomy and a history of fall.i assists her in checking her blood pressure and blood sugar. give personal care, prepare her meals, accompany her for her check up and lab exams.I assists her in her exercises and always have time for conversation.
