Hello! My name is Makayla, and one of my greatest passions is working with and supporting people of all ages living with special needs. I have experience caring for adults ages 18-85, who are living with special needs. I have experience doing personal care, and am comfortable with doing it. I am an education student, and am hoping to go into special education. Because of this, I am deeply invested in my work when caring for people and am very interested in gaining new experiences. I believe that more than just the physical well being is important, and therefore look for ways to engage the people I work with. I hope to hear from you soon! Makayla Worked at an Easter Seals summer camp for two years. Responsibilities included planning and adapting activities, personal care (feeding, changing, bathing). Program and facilitate a monthly activity group for adults living with a variety of special needs.
