Heather was employed as a Home Support worker with Red Cross for approximately 3 years. I was her supervisor during this time. As a Home Support Worker, Heather assisted clients, primarily seniors, with their activities of daily living, thus allowing them to remain in their homes longer. Heather was an honest, hard working employee. Heather was kind and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She was conscientious about the care she provided to her clients and with following the policies and procedures of our agency. Heather was reliable and willing to work. Her work relationships were carried out in a professional manner and she demonstrated her willingness to help others.
