Heart of Home Organizing Solutions *Creating solutions in assisting with the organizing and selling process for the elderly transitioning or downsizing from their home.* When the time comes to make the decision to move your parents out of the only home they have lived in, and must leave to live in an independent, assisted living facility or nursing home, it’s very difficult emotionally, and overwhelming as to what to do with everything that must go. Then, starts the long and tedious process of going through, organizing, disposing of, selling, and storing of family heirlooms, valuables, antiques, furniture, clothes, jewelry and anything that must be removed from the home AND decide what little items they can take with them in their “new home”. I am extremely compassionate, gentle and understanding, as I worked in a nursing home and have a heart for the elderly. I understand what they feel having to leave their home and everything that made their house a home for their family over the years. This transition is also very difficult for the family and feel a sense of loss and overwhelmed as to how everything will be moved. I can gently assist and help you every step of the way during this process and difficult time. I will help you stay focused and organized to make this a very smooth transition for all involved. We will work together and make the best decision as to what needs to be disposed of, donated, recycled, sold, dispersed and what will be kept and where it will be stored. I look forward in creating solutions to make this difficult time a little more easier, so you can feel confident and at peace knowing that there is someone helping you along the way and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
