Provides all personal care including assistant with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, bathing, lifting and transfer. Filled oxygen tanks to industry standards. Bring compassion respect and dignity to every resident. Charted resident condition for the nurses review and assisted resident with mobility problems. TRAINING: Lifting, transfer and proper body mechanics. Bathing and tub bath. Proper hygiene, hand washing and oral hygiene best practice. Infection and prevention. Occupational health and safety. WHMIS emergency codes and safe food handling. Assisting Medication Administration certificate and CPR certificate and WHMIS certificate.
