As a private caregiver for over 25 years I have experience in all aspects of elder care. Providing for elder clients daily care including but not limited to personal hygiene and nutritional supervision. Motivate and encourage daily activities in physical therapy and exercise. Implementation of medical professional’s orders and administration of medications. Perform ongoing assessments commensurate with clients risk level and/or identify changing needs, in collaboration with Primary Care Physicians and clinicians across the continuum of care delivery, as an advocate in all the daily needs and activities for individual clients. Owner Administrator of Residential Care Facility for the Elderly/RCFE including fiscal management and overall customer satisfaction. Made recommendations and directed staff in implementation of individual care plans developed to meet the needs of each client. Also available for short-term care after hospital stay in recuperation and physical therapy.
