Personal Profile: Hi my name is Raelynn (Rae)., I have been working in geriatric home care and companionship for over 15 yrs. I love spending time with my seniors. I have many activities to support memory and body wellness.. I have names and numbers of past and present families for you to call. When I work with somebody I never treat them only as a client but rather as I would treat my family with loyalty understanding and respect, after all they deserve nothing less. I try to keep my families loved one as healthy as I can by involving them in life staying on top of meds eating healthy well-balanced meals and every now and then I Like making those fun nummy comfort food meals,and by doing all the things they love doing keeping them smiling happy enjoying each day and looking forward to our next day in the safety of their home. And their family will never have to worry. With medical behind me some of the support I have given but not limited to has been in, Alzheimer's dementia, strokes and Memory Care, hygiene and personal cares, Med management, diet exercise, range of motion, transfer mobility and guidance, G tube feeding, diet , cholesterol, diabetes, nutrition meal planning, seizure awareness, visual hearing physically impaired, COPD, ALS, Downs, CP, Ms, cancer, hospice, DLS/DAS. I'm available Monday through Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on those days if you ever need extended care talk to me and I will try to make it work.
