I am looking for a caregiver/support worker opportunity in Toronto, Ontario working directly for a family in the individual's home, hospital (ie palliative care or extra support during a stay) or providing supplementary care in a long-term facility. I am a seasoned professional with 20 years of PSW related professional experience supporting children, youth, adults and elderly with varying challenges and conditions, including: mental health; developmental challenges; acquired brain injury; dual diagnosis; medical; physical; and behavioural challenges.
