Lakeata Baty is a very hard worker at any job that is given to her. She is dependable and also very dedicated to her job in order to take care of the tasks that she might have. She's a very nice person and is always making sure that the people around her keep a smile on their face, whether its friends, family, co-workers, or clients. Lakeata always takes very good care of her responsibilities in order to keep clients and people happy and satisfied with the service and the hard work she has done. She has OCD which makes her very organized and always makes sure that her work space, home, or area is nice and tidy. I know she's had at least 10-12yrs of Experience with helping the Elderly, she's had to take care of her grandmother when she would have a bathroom accident, she would clean her house/yard/ and would even cook for her that way her grandmother wouldn't have to worry about getting up and trying to do things around the house and have to worry about falling down or hurt herself bending up and down to try and clean her house.. Due to everything that I know of and about Lakeata Baty I would Very Much Recommend her as a Elder Care Provider.
