I highly recommend Renee Muckelrath as a candidate for employment. Renee was employed by me to look after my father during the day while I was at work. She worked for me from March 2011 - July 2012. My father was in the early stages of Alzheimer's and needed help in his every day tasks. Renee was there every day (Mon.- Fri) to take care of his every need, but as the disease progressed, we had to move him to an assisted living facility to deal with advanced stages of the disease. Renee has excellent communication and leadership skills and is extremely organized and very reliable. She would be a great asset to your company and has my highest recommendation. I have know Renee Muckelrath for over 25 years since she came to work for TradeStar Investments for which I was their CFO. She was dedicated, knowledgable and proficient. But, most of all, she possessed integrity, an innate quality necessary for any endeavor, but paramount to Elder Care. I have been fortunate to continue my relationship with Renee over the years both professionally and personally. Her amazing caregiver abilities were seen throughout the years as she raised here 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Recently, I referred her as caregiver to my very dear friend as he had a severe stroke in December 2017 and he already has signs of dementia which become more pronounced after the stroke. Her attention and kindness toward him during her care were commendable. I would entrust my own mother and father into her care and as I loved them so very much, there is no other recommendation better than that.
