Professional, FUN and dedicated CNA licensed through the State and DHS. It has been scientifically proven that laughter is the best medicine. The recovery time is not only cut in half, but heals both mentally and physically. Fun/laughter gives the patient/client a sense of stability, but increases mobility, brain activity, physical activity and boosts the memory. Thus giving them quality of life. Without these critical things, the patient/client becomes depressed and lose their will to live.
I have over 20 yrs of experience, with extensive training in Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Stroke, Diabetes Type 1 and 2 as well as Hospice.
Care plans are individually based on short term or long term, working with Families and Medical Teams.
I am comfortable doing personal care, simple dressing, OT, PT and help with mental heath. Further, I am willing to travel.
