Daily Responsibilities: Completes telephone assessments using standardized nurse protocols to evaluate the patient's health status and provide home care instruction, health education, and /or direction appropriate level of care. Conducts follow-up telephone calls of all nurse advice encounters to assess the outcome of the initial nurse advice provided, and /or re-triage if the prior presenting symptoms continue or worsening. Documents and maintains accurate records of telephone assessments, interventions and disposition into the nurse advice software system Identifies and refers the appropriate disease management and medical case management programs to members. Hours for this Position: 4 days per week and 1 day on the weekend; varying hours Requirements: R.N. with active unrestricted California license Current BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of Clinical Nursing experience from an acute care, med surge or ER setting Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Advantages of this Opportunity: Full Time starting salary; negotiable based on relevant years of experience A well-rounded benefits package; free healthcare coverage for the remainder of the year Looking to start ASAP Interested in being considered?
