Registered Nurse: Full time, benefited position. This position will work primarily in Home Health and in Med-Surg as relief. This position requires Home Health experience, current California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, reliable transportation, current Driver’s License in good standing, proof of vehicle insurance and good working knowledge of food and nutrition. Knowledge of OASIS preferred. Position will be Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

• Must agree to and pass a criminal and civil background check and OIG Screening
• Must agree to and pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening
• Must agree to and pass a pre-employment physical and two-step TB test
• Must be able to provide “right to work” documentation upon appointment
