I have been a care provider for almost 6 years now and I enjoy it a lot. I love caring for people and making them feel better. I have worked with all kinds of people including memory care, disabled young adults, elderly, high functioning persons, persons who need moderate care and persons who need full assistance. Diabetics, stroke sufferers, wound care, after surgery care, and persons with sever cognitive impairment. I have worked in facilities that held over 100 people and facilities that held less then 20, as well as in a home setting and I am comfortable in all of them. I was a licensed CNA in a different state and intend to get licensed in CA very soon
