Elder Care in Ashland (Town), Wisconsin

Personal Profile: I'm seeking an elder care provider job opportunity in Ashland (Town) or surrounding area within a 5 mile radius of Ashland, Wisconsin. I'm committed to being a dedicated candidate. I'm currently available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 10 pm but I currently work weekends so I won't be available for weekend work at the present time. Services And Training: I have experience with some light duty personal care with little lifting. I'm a state certified Personal Care Worker. However I currently prefer to do more Supportive Care Work such as cooking, laundry, shopping and recreating with the elderly as the agency allows. I think it's very important to the mental health and well being of the elderly to experience conversation, enjoy doing fun projects such as card playing, board games, or just someone to watch a TV program with or someone to talk to as most elderly I've worked for are home bound, very lonely and depressed people that need human interaction. In the past 15 years I've primarily worked for Alzheimer's patients so I prefer a change and be able to work with the elderly that have other needs. It would be nice to work for those that are able to communicate. I have a valid Wisconsin drivers license and I carry automobile insurance.
