Elder Care in Ashland, Kentucky

I have taken care of my Grandmother since the age of 14 on & off until she passed about 3 yrs ago. It wasnt hard for me Nor did it ever bother me or did i ever hate the Responsibility. I learned too actually like that kind of work, and taking care of someone who was disabled and could not get around themselves. Along the yrs i have worked at 2 nursing homes just Voluntering passing out Meds or theyre Meals and also just giving them someone too talk too & seeing a smile on theyre faces. I have been looking for elderly or should i say disabled people too take care of whether its over night or just for a few hours. I am a responsible, independent 38 yr old female who has graduated & also went too College & has grown up way before i turned a Teenager. Id rather go & help someone or be there for them instead of running around being careless & not caring.
