Elder Care Job in Wayne, New Jersey

My husband and I care for my 92 year old father who has dementia. He is strong and likes to walk. He is very pleasant and likes to eat. My father attends adult day care Monday through Friday from 9 - 3. My husband cares for him from 3:00 until I get home from work. When my dad first start living with us about 3 years ago, he was able to do more things for himself and we were able to go out for an hour or two to run errands and leave him by himself. For the last year or so he needs 24/7 care for his safety. I would like to request care for him two days per week from 3:00 pm to 9:00pm to give my husband a break in the afternoons and for myself in the evening. During this time assistance with bathing would be helpful. Prepare his dinner and assist him to bed by 9:00 pm. Any exercise he is willing to do is helpful for maintaining a good quality of life.
