Elder Care in San Jose, California

My name is Paloma Martinez and I am a third year college student at San Jose State University. I have always been passionate about working with elders since I was little. When I was a child I would visit my grandmother in nursing homes and hospitals and help out the other patients as much as I could. My senior year of high school I volunteered everyday at a hospital/ rehabilitation center for elders. I worked with Spanish speaking dementia patients doing mainly activities therapy.
