Elder Care Job in Queens, New York

I am looking for an Irish home health aide or companion for my mother who has mild/moderate Alzheimer's, part-time in Queens. My mother is quite verbal and active and physically healthy, but needs someone around to make sure she eats and takes medications and doesn't get too overwhelmed. It would also be nice for her to have someone to chat with. My elderly father is also there and has some dementia but he is mobile and also just needs meals and meds. He has been in the hospital recently but should be coming home soon. He is more quiet and watches TV much of the time.
