Elder Care in Mulberry, Florida

My name is Leanne im 30 years old, I didnt always or at first ever have any interest in caregiving jobs in my life time ive done a little waitressing,worked in a print shop,bought and sold cars, even laid carpet and tile lol, but about 4 years ago i had to rush my grandmother (the backbone) of my family to the er, by the next day the doctors told us to say our goodbyes ...but i had something different in mind as she squeezed my hand unable to speak I looked at her and told her i refuse to say goodbye because its my turn to take care of you,you have to let me repay you for giving me a better life once out of my mothers custody you saved my life and im here to give you a reason to fight you arent allowed to leave me until i returnt the favor,long story short 24 hours later they took her off of life support and within a week she was home and i made sure i lived up to that promise she went blind soon after and she had 6 kids 38 grandkids but in the end not a single one of them lifted a finger to help me. Ever since that night in the hospital i changed i became in a weeks time a full time caregiver and i found my calling there are so many elderly here in the world that are neglected veterans that are homeless and the sadness i believe is what drives me so until recently my daily routine consisted of early mornings cooking 3 meals a day dispensing medication breathing treatments checking sugar bathing my grandmother changing her pads and under garments when she had an accident, and i spent days listening to audio books with her because she wasnt able to do much else. I know for a fact that i will not regret all that i have done to take care of her it will be memories that i will cherish forever ,and to know it made her feel blessed to have me at home with her to help her through the rough times. So to shorten it up a little ill leave you knowing this i love to take care of the less fortunate souls who are lonely or just need a little help to get thru the day im glad to help anyone who needs it.
