Hi i am suja sharma from dharan nepal. i am 28 years old. I am a registered nurse in Nepal. i am a married . In my family I have mother in low , father in low and my husband. I Have two years work experienced at hospitals in Nepal as a registered nurse. I have three years work experienced in London as a carer, worked since JUNE 2013 TO March 2016 . Helping clients and patients to develop their independent daily living skills in accordance with their individual care plan. Providing care for people who have complex and challenging needs in terms of their behavior and emotional, psychological and developmental well-being. An adaptable, conscientious, enthusiastic, and self motivated individual with experience of implementing personal support plans which focus on the individual’s welfare, needs, wants and interests. Having the ability to manage the challenging caseload, while staying focused on giving a high standard of care to every client. Constantly maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff, visitors and others.
