*I assisted in the care of a gentleman with multiple chronic diagnoses, including Alzheimer/Dementia and COPD. My
duties included assisting in the transfer of him from one location to another, administering his daily medications and
helping to maintain independent living with personal care assistance. Other responsibilities included cleaning the home,
running errands, attending outings with the gentleman, and monitoring behavioral changes and his pulse ox. In the last 4
months I was his full time hospice care giver.
