I would love to extend my services by working as a Caregiver taking care of your loved one. Duties would include:- • Performing personal care (bathing, grooming, etc) • Assisting with mobility • Providing transfer assistance • Feeding (g-tube experience a plus) • Controlling infections • Preventing pressure ulcers • Skilled nursing services • Medication management • Experience in TBI • ROM Experienced in Activities of Daily Living (ADl) all the way to End of Life Care. Licensed In the State of Florida and with all up to date requirements mandated by the State. Clean Background check and up to date medical done within the last 6 months. Reliable, Dependable, well versed in the field and most importantly Honest and with a conscience. I'm guided by the fear of God and that is a huge contributing factor in the quality of services I offer. The family can be rest assured of the very best Care towards their loved one. I have worked with patients dealing with:- Alzheimer's stages 1- 4, Dementia, Strokes, Hospice Care (end of life), Amyotrophic LateralSclerosis (ALS), ABI, Parkinson's, Diabetes and the whole scope related to Nursing Institutions. I also have experience working DCF, DSS cases- working with Individuals with Disabilities. I have experiences in bathing, dressing, grooming, full body motion activities, commode assistance, bowel/ bladder assist, management of suppository/catheter, ambulation/ transfers to/from wheelchair chair and bed, meals preparation, feedings and also 'G' Tube, use of gravity poles etc. I trained for 4 months with a Quadriplegic Patient.
