I have a healthcare aide ceritificate and I've been working with seniors at a longterm care facility (capitalcare grandview) for 4 years unitl now. I am currently studying to become a licensed practical nurse. I have gained diverse professional work experiences by rendering different services to my residents, working with staff members, communicating effectively with workers in the facility and unit where I am assigned to work. I also understand the conditions/work ethics needed to provide maximum, safe , client focused care, and I have learnt to promote the independence of my clients based on moral principles.
