My name is Anthony Acosta and I am an resident of staten island. I am a certified home health aide and has been for the past 6 years. My performance as a caregiver is excellent and professional as I continue to provide for clients and patients with excellent service. Daily tasks was to assist the patients with various daily duties such as bathing , dressing, assisting incontinent , preparation of meals according to patients special diet that was prepared by the dietitian. I also in supervise the patient and making sure that patients adhere to prescribed medication regimen. I am very hard working, reliable, honest and punctual , critical thinker in times of conflict and problem solving . I have recently graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy with a Science degree in Health and Human Services with honor. I am presently enrolled in school to be certified and license by the state of new York so I can operate as a certified Nursing Assistant.
