I have been a loyal and trustworthy caregiver to a now 90 year old senior with dementia, together we have gone through the different stages of this dreadful disease for the past seven years. I have done personal care, feedings, as well compression bandaging, toileting, bathing, dressing , oral care, nail care. with her to make sure all her daily needs were met. I am both a patient and thorough person. I also document all of the days events as well as any changes in the persons overall general heath. So family are aware immediately.
