Every individual should be treated with love and respect. I encourage our loved ones to maximize their capabilities. I always developed a special bond with my clients, they are my family. They deserved to be treated properly, give them attention. We have to be more patient at them and truly understand the person not the illness or disease behind them.
I have been working and volunteering in a nursing home for 12 years now and its a wonderful experience to help them. I treat them just like my own grandparents since im away from home. It is challenging but at the same time very fulfilling.
