Elder Care Job in Lakeville, Minnesota

Looking for female care giver who speaks excellent, unaccented English to live 24/7 with elderly mother. Mother has CHF with some stroke-induced dementia. Care giver must be licensed and bonded to administer daily meds, trained for fall risk, engage mother in conversation, escort on short walks in and around living facility.; possibly encourage mother to play cards, Scrabble, look at photo albums, etc. Care giver to prepare light breakfast of coffee and toast most mornings, and cook appealing lunches daily. There will be laundry to do two or three times weekly (clothing, bedding, towels); vacuuming, dusting and keeping kitchen area sanitary. Mother wears hearing aids but frequently puts them in the wrong side or upside down (!). She naps a couple times daily. Dedicated bedroom available for live-in help.
