What We're Looking For: Hello my name is Dhiraj. I'm interviewing an elderly care provider available in Ashern, Quebec. My goal is to hire a good, efficient person with live-out availability. Service Requirements: I am enthusiastic, energetic as well as with a sound health aged 24 years young man with pleasant and smiling personality. I can perform in any pressurized working condition at any time (Day or Night) to complete my duties and responsibilities assigned for me. Talking about my experience, I have good knowledge in hospitality sector with housekeeping skills, waiter as well as Good knowledge of technical field and caregiver. The most unique qualities that I got is when I start doing task assigned , I entertain myself with that assignment Thus , I feel easy in performing works in a convenient method . Through my knowledge what I believe is a Caregivers are responsible for the care and well-being of others. Most people who go into this field are known for their sensitivity, their giving nature and their nurturing desire to help those in need. Care-giving typically entails responsibilities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and overseeing the safety and emotional needs of their charges. One of the best qualities a caregiver can have is a sense of empathy for those being cared for. Whether youre caring for a small child in daycare or helping an elderly person recover from surgery, a sense of personal understanding and connection is vital. Good caregivers understand their charges may feel vulnerable, scared, confused and uncomfortable, and being able to identify and diminish these fears can create a sense of calm and trust for those being cared for. People receiving care typically lack the ability to be fully independent and self-sufficient, which can lead to frustration and lashing out. In my view I BELIVE IN SOLOUTION NOT THE PROBLEM Be the change to see the world Whether its a child who cant express his hunger or pain verbally or a paralyzed house-bound individual who feels trapped and out-of-control, patience is vital to the role of caregiver. Whatever I have shared with you in this paragraph defines me that I will be able to separate myself from potential anger and resentment and not take the situation personally, and provide high-quality care services Even some Qualities of a good care giver can be my found in me such as Realistic outlook, Strong Constitution, Soothing Nature, Reliability as well as Flexibility. As pointing out about my previous working experience, I was working with a senior citizen man aged of 84 years Sir Mr. Dil Bir Lamgade. I used to take care of them in everything including cooking as well. They were patients of diabetics, blood pressure as well as he was a patient of stone. I have to take care of their medicines schedule and food as well. As they were patient of diabetics, I had to cook food with low cholesterol oil, sugar etc. Especially we used olive oil in food and used to make salad, boiled meat, sugar free bread even other food items .Apart from these all work related to health, Sir was so health conscious so he had routine for food and he liked to talk and want him to listen carefully in his topic and his story about journey of life. One of my hobbies is to make friend which makes me comfortable with Him: that I became his chatting friend and even he was a very fond of traveling so I used to take him for a ride in his wheelchair around the city as well as way up to country side. The place where we stay is in, Capital, city and his house is 2 stored bungalow type surrounded by small garden with vegetables and some flowers. I would like to request that if I got selected I will give my best to perform my Task and I will be very conscious and sincere with my jobs and responsibilities. I will work with a challenging environment that provides equal opportunities in boosting my working experiences, knowledge, skills and personality as well as to share upon all acquired learning towards the task that is assigned for me I hope my experience as caregiver and a good knowledge about caregiver will help to reach your expectation of satisfaction, and requirements. My family is in need of social support, dressing and wounds, and help with mental heath. It is an asset if you have personal transportation available.
