Prepare healthy and Diabetic friendly meals Provide mid morning and mid afternoon coffee and snacks Monitor parents are eating and getting 8 glasses of fluids per day (not just cookies and coffee) Driving parents around on errands or for outings (Must have a valid Drivers Licence with a good Drivers abstract) Taking my mom out for a walk when weather permits Compile and provide a weekly grocery list Assist with the 2 cats (cat litter cleaned, clean their dishes, provide food and fresh water for them) Assisting my dad in and out of the car (also loading and unloading his walker into the car) Assisting my dad in and out of the bath or shower Assisting my mom with bathing and hair washing Light housekeeping (vacuum, sweep, bathrooms, dust, dishes, laundry, cat litter boxes clean, changing bed and towel linens, empty trash, etc) Snow sweeping or shoveling when needed
