We specialize in human and family services. We provide assistance for elderly/ disabled clients who are living with family members or independently. Our goal is to provide assistance and help client maintain a healthy, happy, comfortable lifestyle. We strive to meet clients everyday needs, while keeping family updated and informed of mental and physical health. What we do- -Weekly reports and evaluation of client to family of mental and physical health. -manage clients appointments. -shop for weekly household and personal needs. - meal planning, preparation, and shopping. -light housekeeping- once a week washing of bedding, vacuuming, dusting ect. -medication management and tracking (refilling, pill organization, helping client create alarm reminder assistance) - referrals to meet any needs as well as assistance applying or transporting to any appointments.
