I am Regina Ross and I am a retired cna/caregiver. I have been in this field for the last 32 years until I retired in 2005. But I have the experience of active daily living for the elderly and have been doing this for a while and I love working the elderly. It is a good experience because you can learn so much. And they need someone they can depend when the family might be busy and once you are in their lives it makes things for the elderly to know the can have that enjoyment of companionship so they will not feel so alone.
