During my schooling as a personal support worker, I have had experience in placement in a long-term care facility for seniors where I assisted them with grooming and activities of daily living.
I have been in part-time employ of a woman with physical disabilities now for 3 years now where I assist her with personal care, light cleaning and meal preparation.
I have also cared for a senior man with physical disabilities for almost 3 years with the same duties plus I traveled with him for 3 weeks as an overall Personal assistant.
