? Assess, plan, provide and evaluate client health condition ? Perform quickly and effectively in an emergency situation ? Provide and administer oral medication to patient according to prescription time duration ? Assist client perform daily personal hygiene and daily changes to clean clothing ? Ensure that special prescribe meal is prepared during mealtimes ? Exchange information effectively with client’s care practitioner and provide feedback to co-workers and client’s family members for necessary medical procedure & client care ? Communicate appropriately in writing and verbally, for initiation and maintenance of client activities, procedures and treatments ? Daily record keeping of client’s activity in a chart book ? Maintain a high standard of client care and professional conduct ? Initiate and participate in unit meetings and nursing committees as needed to make positive organizational change ? Establish priorities of care based on client’s need ? Maintain emergency equipment in good working condition ? Proficient in the use of emergency medical equipment ? Monitor patient progress; maintain aseptic technique and follow infection control policies to prevent spread of infections
