Assistance with mobility, bathing and bathroom activities, eating and medicine distribution as well as general home care activities for 24 hour days. Review needs weekly. First day needed is Monday, Sept 16th, at 12 noon. (Hospice care is on location as well.)

May be bringing father home from nursing home due to money. He is 87 and has dementia that has left him unable to walk, get to the bathroom or get dressed. Also, cant feed himself.
