My father-in-law will require help during the day while we are at work. I need someone who has transportation, can help him get dressed, administer meds, fix light meals and make sure he is alright during the day. He is not prone to leave the house nor attempt to cook, but someone needs to be there in case. We have a dog (Sheltie), so someone who is not afraid of dogs.
