Need PCA for my mom for short trips (2 hours max, maybe 2 times per month) in Taunton, MA. She is in a wheelchair. The purpose of the PCA is to assist her should she need to use the restroom. All excursions are to places that have accessible restrooms. Examples would be a short trip to Walmart or to an elder event at Taunton Council on Aging facilities.
