Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse( Diploma) trained and working in Kenya. My practice experience as a nurse covers about twenty years now. I have practices in several departments: For example; Medical/Surgical wards, maternity, work has pediatric Units, Maternal Child Health and Outpatient departments. During my work, I have expertise my professional nursing skills especially majoring on patient management. For every patient, I have learned how to deliver services to each as an individual. It has always been my role to support every patient in all nursing matters that have aided to recovery as well as their psychological satisfaction. Whenever I have been under my superiors at work, I have always proven to be to be trusted and obedient. I have been in good terms with employers and colleagues. My personality is that of lowliness and down to earth. I am responsible, understanding and mature in decision making. I have opted to do home care jobs, as this will enable me to appropriately concentrate on a particular patient, give them my best of nursing care which shall enhance my satisfaction on helping others. CARE JOBS EXPERIENCE I started this job when I was a little girl. I would look after my grand mother at night when every one else was asleep. In so doing, I developed the passion to care for others thus made a choice to become a nurse. Recently, I have been caring for a woman who had a Chronic heart disease.
