:::RN, MSN with 10 years of experience in acute care hospital ; with focus of care including but not limited to dementia syndrome patients, TBI patients, and behaviorally challenging patients.
My belief has always been change the environment and the behavior will change. Placement for behaviorally challenging hospital patients is challenging. institutions have very strict criteria for acceptance.
