Elder Care in Salem, Massachusetts

Hello my name is Dawne. I working with seniors, live in Salem and want to care for your loved ones. I have always loved and cared for the elderly in a non payed way. I did it out of compassion and my own need to Help the older people who cant help themselves anymore. Real life experience as a Care-Taker was for 3 years prior to my grandmother's death.I was there almost daily and for hours at a time caring for her. I bathed her, fed her, and gave her most of her medication, also took vitals hourly and recorded Everything in a notebook. I did the food shopping and other errands, doctors Appointments. My heart is so open to the elderly, and to other helping professions. I have my ASSOCIATE'S degree in drug and alcohol counseling and have worked in that field.
