Looking after client, who had advanced dementia was a difficult task, but Lou Ann handled it dedicatedly and professionally. Lou Ann is compassionate by nature and always positive about things. Even during terrible rages of anger that she was subjected to, she remained calm and in a state of “constant caregiving.” As someone who has a great devotion to logic and an eye for detail, she has the capacity to remain calm and think logically, even during severely distressing times. During the time Lou Ann spent working with client, she provided much-needed companionship and conversation, medication support, and assistance with incontinence and also worked as her nutritionist. I genuinely believe that because of her eagerness to help, she made clients life more comfortable than they would have been otherwise.
