I've worked in UK hospitals as a RN I've owned a care home in Canada for seniors till we sold it 12 years ago then for the past number of years I've worked one on one with family's in there own home I can also give excellent references from passed family members I also do some sleep over shifts if needed this comes in handy if there is another care person that you want to work together with
