Hello my name is Michelle. I am blessed with a loving heart, a cheerful smile, and an up-beat positive attitude. I love engaging with the elderly and sick, by making them feel respected, safe and happy. As a caregiver, I assist wherever I am needed. Grooming, bathing, dressing, meals, toilet, physical assistance, transportation, shopping and, sometimes the most important, companionship, letting my clients know I “hear” them and they are important. I love listening to their life stories and experiences. I have been a caregiver for a gentleman passing from throat cancer, a lady passing with lung cancer, a lady before, during, and after a complicated heart/hernia surgery, and a wonderful lady who just needed assistance in the home with companionship, medication, light housekeeping, laundry, bathing, dressing and all aspects of her personal care. Her family said they had not ever seen her so happy and animated. I have worked with hospice/home health and independently managed complicated medication dosing and caring for terminal patients during the end stages of life. I have CPR training. I would be honored to assist in the care of your loved one with compassion, dependability, and positive caring.
