I need help for my father he had a stem stroke last October still he is on a ventilator, oxygen, now has a colostomy placed to prevent infection of bed sores, a feeding tube to give him well feedings or meds and.today got a Porto Cath for the second time to restart him on dialysis that was stopped 2 months ago.well all this has occurred with 0 % improvement he is concious he responds to our questions with proper or correct yes and no questions since he can't speak I was told due to the tracheotomy? P.s. I myself am disabled plz advise need homecare for him I'd like to bring him home he only has Medicare no Medicaid due to financial issues where step children financed homes and cars under his name.
