Summary: Hi there my name is PAULA. I am searching for a full time position as a caregiver within 50 miles from Stillwater, Ok. Experienced with the elderly; dementia, Alzheimer's, terminal cancer, heart disease and many other areas. Live in positions preferred but will work a shift position. Pay is negotiable, able to travel within Oklahoma. 7 yrs in nursing homes, 5 years in the home care/hospice. Knowledgeable with administering medication, housework, meal preparation, setting up appointments, grocery shopping, bathing, dressing, and many other areas. I encourage my clients to do for themselves if able, engage them with conversation and assist with social interaction. My #1 daily goal is to provide the best services possible for the clients so they can have the best of their older lives. I love to talk and enjoy the history that accompanies conversing with the elderly, I learn something new every day. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing personal care, dementia care, and changing clothing. I also have personal transportation available.
