Elder Care in College Park, Maryland

I began providing intermittent, live-in elder care to an Estonian couple, both in their late 90's, in the spring of 2013. The family sought a caregiver who could also speak Estonian, which I can since it is also my background. I have continued to work for the family on an as-needed basis and have subsequently also provided assistance to a young woman undergoing comprehensive care for Lyme Disease and I also now provide companion care for another elderly woman in a neighboring community. I find this work truly rewarding and would like to continue to shift my career focus from that of my corporate background, of 20 years, to work that provides care to those in need.
