Who I Am: Hey my name is Madelene. I'm interviewing for a senior care provider position in Jersey City, New Jersey. I aim to be a qualified candidate. I am available as required. Services And Training: I am happy to help with •Shopping for client if when necessary. •Making and changing client's bed. •Take and record client's temperature, glucose, blood pressure. •Assist client with dressing. •Assist client with meals, including feeding cooking and serving food. •Assist client with dental and mouth care. •Reminded patient when to take medication. •Washed client's personal cloths and linen if necessary. •Assist client with hair grooming, shampoo, shaving. •Accompany clients to doctors' offices and on other trips outside the home, providing transportation, assistance and companionship. •Assist client with all elimination needs. •Entertain, converse with, and read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. •Observe and report the presence of pressure areas to prevent decubitus. •Assist client with transfers (move from and to chair, wheelchair). •Use patient lift to move from bed to chair. •Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest & positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment while on duty. , simple dressing, and respite work.
