About Me: Hello, I am an LPN with 27 years of nursing experience, and an additional 3 years if experience as a CNA prior to that. I believe fully in providing compassionate, empathetic care that is not only highly skilled,but also promotes a good quality of life! I believe there aren't a lot of caregivers out there who get the big picture. They don't realize the importance of providing the client's family with the peace of mind that they sorely need when it comes to placing total trust in your loved one's caregiver! That being said, I am quite comfortably caring for all age groups,and all stages of illness,from birth, through end of life. Most of my career has been focused on eldercare, rehabilitation, and Hospice. I have developed a knowledge base beyond your average LPN, as I have been blessed to have been provided with ongoing education by my employers over the years. I believe my areas of expertise lie in dementia/geri-psych, wound care/healing, and Hospice/end of life care and pain management. I will be that caregiver that will sit down with you and answer your questions,and explain your options. I also have a special place in my heart for people who can be difficult....it's a gift.
